Why you should attend

The role of development projects has primarily been to improve the socio-economic status of the targeted population. There are therefore understandable pressures on these organizations to demonstrate good governance, accountability and transparency, greater development effectiveness, and delivery of tangible results. As the demand for greater accountability and real results have increased, there is an attendant need for enhanced results-based monitoring and evaluation of policies, programs, and projects to improve their effectiveness.
The major objective of this training is to enable participants fully master and incorporate the result-based approach into developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development initiatives and to properly manage project resources to achieve desired results.
